We offer free standard shipping for orders over $50 Australia wide.

We know you’re eager to get your new cards as soon as possible. We dispatch your orders within 1-3 working days with Australia Post. The current Australia Post delivery time frame is 2-7 working days.

If you have ordered a customised card, it will take up to 10-14 days to finalise and print the design. We’ll update you along the way.

Unfortunately, we don’t currently ship overseas. We’re planning to add a NZ shop online, so be sure to check in with us soon!

You’ll receive a notification email with tracking information once we have dispatched your order. You’ll be able to see when the parcel will arrive.

If you’re not happy with our products, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the order (terms apply). To begin the process, please contact us at [email protected]

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items must be in brand new condition and returned in original packaging. 

It may not be possible to change or cancel your order once it’s placed. However, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 mins of placing the order and we’ll do our best to assist you!
